Microcystic lymphatic malformation. LM with predominance of small and multiple cystic components. The distinction between Macrocystic and microcystic LM is primarily of importance for responsiveness to sclerotherapy treatment and choice of therapeutic agent. There is no precise definition separating the two types, and many lesions are mixed.
